What Credentials Do We Have?
Across the past year, I personally have tutored over 500 hours (and counting!) worth of mathematics, English and science. This was across all age ranges from as young as kindergarten all the way to students in their final year of high school in Y12. The other tutors who work here also have a plethora of experience as they must have received an ATAR or ATAR Equivalent of 90+ and have a minimum of at least 1 year tutoring their desired subject. In addition, all tutors can partake in skill development to learn different teaching methods for neurodivergent or younger children.
What Do We As Customers Get?
What you receive is dependent on what service you decide to choose. Our free introductory session can help us guide you towards what would be most beneficial for not just you, but also your child. However, each student across the board will receive study booklets, note sheets, assignment/homework feedback within 24 hours and more!
Is Price Negotiable?
No, we keep our price consistent for everyone as we feel the price is justified due to the quality of each lesson and the additional perks each student receives. If price is an issue, we offer 10-lesson plans where you can save $50 across those sessions.
How Do Payments Work?
We will bill you once after each session has concluded based on the service you have chosen. That's it!
Can We Cancel A Planned Session?
Of course! We understand things can happen and that's ok. To avoid being charged, directly tell us and your tutor at least 4 hours prior to what was arranged and reschedule when possible. If this doesn't happen, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session will be charged to your account.
